Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) is a small thorny tree or shrub that produces brilliant red clusters of berries. Native to the Mediterranean region, including North Africa and all of Europe and Central Asia, Hawthorn can now be found in many areas of North America. Suggested Use:
The best way to make a good cup of tea is by the infusion method. Place one tea bag in a cup and add no more than 6 oz. of boiling water. Let steep for 3 minutes. Press the bag before removing to enhance flavor. Add honey to sweeten.
