series and is most commonly used as a homeopathic remedy for muscle and joint
pains improved by rest. This is the 75 pellet and 30C potency version of Bryonia
alba by Boiron, which contains Bryonia alba 30C HPUS as its main ingredient.
HPUS means that these ingredients are officially included in the Homeopathic
Pharmacopoeia of the United States. The potency of 30C means that Boiron first
took the fully concentrated and undiluted version of Bryonia alba and diluted it
100 times (100 is represented by the Roman Numeral C). The resulting solution
(Bryonia alba of 1C potency) was then diluted 10 more times, creating a 2C
potency Bryonia alba. Then the 2C potency Boiron Bryonia alba was diluted
another 10 times for the third time, resulting in this Boiron Bryonia alba
3C potency dilution. This was done a total of 30 times, the end result being
this 30 C potency dilution. Other ingredients in Boiron Bryonia alba 30C

How to use
Adults and children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until relieved
or as directed by a doctor.
