series and is most commonly used as a homeopathic remedy for low or mild fever.
This is the 75 pellet and 30C potency version of Ferrum phosphoricum by Boiron,
which contains Ferrum phosphoricum 30C HPUS as its main ingredient. HPUS means
that these ingredients are officially included in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia
of the United States. The potency of 30C means that Boiron first took the fully
concentrated and undiluted version of Ferrum phosphoricum and diluted it 100
times (100 is represented by the Roman Numeral C). The resulting solution
(Ferrum phosphoricum of 1C potency) was then diluted 10 more times, creating
a 2C potency Ferrum phosphoricum. Then the 2C potency Boiron Ferrum phosphoricum
was diluted another 10 times for the third time, resulting in this Boiron Ferrum
phosphoricum 3C potency dilution. This was done a total of 30 times, the end
result being this 30 C potency dilution. Other ingredients in Boiron Ferrum
phosphoricum 30C potency (75 pellets) - Single Medicines include sucrose and
lactose. Boiron's Ferrum phosphoricum is also known as Ferrosoferric
phosphate.
How to use
Adults and children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until
relieved or as directed by a doctor.
