Boiron Hydrastis canadensis CM potency 75 pellets is in Boiron's Single Medicines
series and is most commonly used as a homeopathic remedy for post-nasal drip.
This is the 75 pellet and CM potency version of Hydrastis canadensis by Boiron,
which contains Hydrastis canadensis CM aka 100M HPUS as its main ingredient.
HPUS means that these ingredients are officially included in the Homeopathic
Pharmacopoeia of the United States. The potency of CM means that Boiron first
took the fully concentrated and undiluted version of Hydrastis canadensis and
diluted it 1000 times (1000 is represented by the Roman Numeral M). The resulting
solution (Hydrastis canadensis of 1M potency) was then diluted 10 more times,
creating a 2M potency Hydrastis canadensis. Then the 2M potency Boiron Hydrastis
canadensis was diluted another 10 times for the third time, resulting in this
Boiron Hydrastis canadensis 3M potency dilution. This was done a total of 200
times, the end result being this 100 M potency dilution aka CM potency dilution.
Other ingredients in Boiron Hydrastis canadensis (75 pellets) CM aka 100M potency
Single Medicines include sucrose and lactose. Boiron's Hydrastis canadensis is
also known as Goldenseal.
How to use
Adults and children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until relieved
or as directed by a doctor.
