Boiron Mercurius solubilis 30C potency 75 pellets is in Boiron's Single Medicines
series and is most commonly used as a homeopathic remedy for sore throat with
offensive breath and excessive salivation. This is the 80 pellet and 30C potency
version of Mercurius solubilis by Boiron, which contains Mercurius solubilis 30C
HPUS as its main ingredient. HPUS means that these ingredients are officially
included in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States. The potency of
30C means that Boiron first took the fully concentrated and undiluted version
of Mercurius solubilis and diluted it 100 times (100 is represented by the Roman
Numeral C). The resulting solution (Mercurius solubilis of 1C potency) was then
diluted 10 more times, creating a 2C potency Mercurius solubilis. Then the 2C
potency Boiron Mercurius solubilis was diluted another 10 times for the third
time, resulting in this Boiron Mercurius solubilis 3C potency dilution. This was
done a total of 30 times, the end result being this 30 C potency dilution. Other
ingredients in Boiron Mercurius solubilis 30C potency (75 pellets)
Single Medicines include sucrose and lactose. Boiron's Mercurius solubilis is
also known as Hahnemann's soluble mercury.
How to use
Adults and children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until
relieved or as directed by a doctor.
