Boiron Sepia 30C potency 75 pellets is in Boiron's Single Medicines series and
is most commonly used as a homeopathic remedy for mood swings. This is the 75
pellet and 30C potency version of Sepia by Boiron, which contains Sepia 30C HPUS
as its main ingredient. HPUS means that these ingredients are officially included
in the Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the United States. The potency of 30C means
that Boiron first took the fully concentrated and undiluted version of Sepia and
diluted it 100 times (100 is represented by the Roman Numeral C). The resulting
solution (Sepia of 1C potency) was then diluted 10 more times, creating a 2C
potency Sepia. Then the 2C potency Boiron Sepia was diluted another 10 times for
the third time, resulting in this Boiron Sepia 3C potency dilution. This was done
a total of 30 times, the end result being this 30 C potency dilution. Other

sucrose and lactose. Boiron's Sepia is also known as Cuttlefish ink.
How to use
Adults and children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a
day until relieved or as directed by a doctor.
