Boiron, which contains Silicea 1M HPUS as its main ingredient. HPUS means that

United States. The potency of 1M means that Boiron first took the fully
concentrated and undiluted version of Silicea and diluted it 1000 times
(1000 is represented by the Roman Numeral M). The resulting solution is this

How to use
Adults and children: Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until
