1. Pick and choose products for your particular hair type
JF Lazartigue has developed a complete range of products formulated with active ingredients renowned for their effectiveness and performance. It is therefore easy for you to put together a program of personalized products designed to keep your hair healthy and attractive.
2. Make your hair care program a ritual
For normal daily use, use a "frequent wash" shampoo, alternating with your treatment shampoo. Then once a week, take the time to apply a hair-repair treatment before you shampoo and a conditioner afterwards. This will keep your hair healthy and shiny.
3. Make the best of each treatment
For a treatment shampoo, always wash in two phases: First wash -cleansing phase, Second wash - treatment phase. Rinse your hair thoroughly after the first shampoo, apply the product all over your head, both on and under the hair, and leave it to act for 5 mins. Rinse again very carefully, finishing with cold water to tighten the scales on each hair. This will add to the shine. For deep action treatments (pre-shampoo, shampoo, conditioner), take the time to apply the product strand by strand to the ends of your hair and on successive partings for scalp treatments, massaging it in with the fingertips to maximize the effectiveness of the ingredients. Make sure to leave the product on for the full duration of the recommended time.
4. To dry the hair...
When drying your hair, do not rub hard with a towel, as this can break the hair shaft. Wrap your head in a towel and pat gently. Be gentle with your hair when it is wet: comb it smoothly with a wide-toothed comb to avoid breaking the hair and causing damage. Effective disentangling starts from the neck and works gradually, in successive levels, to the forehead.
