How to use
* Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Apply generously and gently massage the affected area 3 to 4 times daily.
* For children under 2 years of age: Consult a physician.

* Adults and children 2 years of age and older: Rub on the throat and chest as a thick layer. If desired, the area of application may be loosely covered with a warm cloth. Clothing should be left loose around the throat and chest to help vapors rise to reach the nose and mouth. Application may be repeated up to three times daily or as directed by a physician.
