USA
We ship all orders by USPS Priority Mail (3-5 business days).
Normally order processing time is within 3-5 business days.
Dusson offers FREE SHIPPING on orders $99+
For orders under $99 we charge flat shipping rate of $6.95.
CANADA
We ship all orders by USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days).
Normally all orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
For All Canadian orders we charge flat shipping rate of $35.00
THE REST OF THE WORLD
We ship all orders by USPS Global Priority Mail (6-10 business days).
Usually all orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
For all international shipping we charge flat shipping rate of $45.00.
For international customers: we are not responsible, and do not cover for customs duties/fees that might be applied by your local Customs, or any additional duties/fees applied by your local authorities on internation shipments. Please check with your local Customs and Authorities before placing an order.

For health and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on fragrances, personal care products, supplements, and homeopathic remedies. Customers may return products if item is defective/damaged. All claims of missing, incorrect or damaged during transportation products must be submitted via email or through Contact Customer Service Form within 72 hours from the receiving the order.

The customer must cover the cost of return shipping for all returns that are not the result of errors by Dusson.

You may return an unused, unopened product(s) in the original condition/packaging for a refund less shipping by following our Return Procedure below.

Please Note: shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. For orders offered with free shipping you will be issued a refund less actual shipping cost. Additionally, in cases of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us. Restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns for a refund, orders cancelled after they have been processed and shipped, and orders returned to us by shipping carrier as unclaimed, due to provided undeliverable or incorrect address, or due to refusal to accept the parcel.

At this time we do not offer exchange/replacement of products. We can only issue a refund or credit.
Returns are required to have a return authorization number RMA issued by our office. To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA# or after 30 days from the date you received the order. When you receive RMA# the item(s) must be received by Dusson within 10 days. If we do not receive returned products within 10 days after RMA# is issued this number will expire, and you need to qualify for a new RMA#

All sales of discounted or on sale items are final and not eligible for a refund.
