We ship all orders by USPS Priority Mail (3-4 business days).
Usually all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
Dusson offers FREE SHIPPING on orders $99+
For orders under $99 we charge flat shipping rate of $6.95.
CANADA
We ship all orders by USPS Priority Mail (5-7 business days).
Usually all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
For All Canadian orders we charge flat shipping rate of $25.
THE REST OF THE WORLD
We ship all orders by USPS Global Priority Mail (6-10 business days).
Usually all orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
For all international shipping we charge flat shipping rate of $39.00.
We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier at our whole discretion in order to employ the best shipping options available at the time of shipment.
For international customers: We are not responsible, and do not cover for customs duties/fees that might be applied by your local Customs. Please check with your local Customs
before placing an order.

You may return an unused, unopened product(s) in the original condition/packaging for a full refund less shipping by following our Return Procedure below.

Please Note: shipping charges on returns are non-refundable. For orders offered with free shipping you will be issued full refund less actual shipping cost. Additionally, in cases of a return, you will be required to pay the return shipping costs to send an item back to us. Restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns for a refund, orders cancelled after they have been processed and shipped, and orders returned to us by shipping carrier as unclaimed, due to provided undeliverable or incorrect address, or due to refusal to accept the parcel.

For orders shipped with a free gift(s) for exceeding particular order amount: if after any product return your remaining order amount falls below free gift threshold you must return unused, unopened gift(s) in original packaging together with the product(s), otherwise full gift value will be subtracted from the refund amount. Please note that return request automatically voids mailed with the order coupons and special discounts.
For products sold as a set entire set must be returned. Individual product(s) from the set are not qualified for return.

At this time we do not offer exchange/replacement of products. We can only issue a refund or credit.
Returns are required to have a return authorization number RMA issued by our office. To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for a credit without an RMA# or after 30 days from the date you received the order. When you receive RMA# the item(s) must be received by Dusson within 10 days but no later than 30 days from the date you received the order. If we do not receive returned products within 10 days after RMA# is issued this number will expire, and you need to qualify for a new RMA#

All sales of discounted or on sale items are final and not eligible for a refund.
