In order to ensure you are relaxed throughout your services, and as a courtesy to other customers, we request that all cell
phones be turned off when entering the spa area.
The spa area is appropriate for guests 16 years and older.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make
other arrangements for children while they are receiving services.
Guests who have high blood pressure, heart conditions, are pregnant, have had recent surgery,
or have any other medical condition or concern are advised to consult their health care provider before booking spa service appointment.
Please, advise us of any allergies so that we may use products that are appropriate for you.
If you need change or cancel your appointment with us, as a courtesy to all, we ask that the 24-hour notice be given.
For cancellation with less than a 24-hour notification guests will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
For no-show appointments, the full treatment fee will be charged.
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.
To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your
personal skin care concerns, and medical conditions.
Please note that your scheduled time is your table time. If you arrive late, you will be charged for the entire session
and will only be granted the remainder of the session.
Gratuities are not included in our service prices and may be given as personal appreciation of our service to you.
