Talika Lash Conditioning Cleanser is a hydrating oil-free eye makeup remover. This natural, moisturizing formula is easy on delicate eyelids and is so pure, rinsing isn't necessary. This cleanser leaves lashes soft and fresh while gradually strengthening fibers for stronger, healthier lashes.
How to use
Soak cotton with one or two squirts of the product, and then apply to the eyelids and lashes. Let sit for two or three seconds to take effect. No need to rinse.
